Consultation & professinal services
Fees paid for consultations, advisory services, business support or other professional services may be non-refundable once the service has been delivered or work has commenced.
If you need to cancel or reschedule a consultation, please contact us as soon as possible. Cancellation and rescheduling requests will be reviewed based on the circumstances and the stage of service delivery
Project- based servicesÂ
For services involving a specific project, proposal, strategy, business plan or customised deliverable, payment and refund conditions will be outlined in the relevant quotation, proposal or service agreement.
Deposits or payments made for work that has already started may not be refundable.
